fn_getfiledetails - a replacement for xp_getfiledetails

As the undocumented SQL Server 2000 function xp_getfiledetails is not existent any more in 2005 or later i needed a replacement...

I have this data in a table in a SQL Server 2025 database:

EmailAddressID EmailAddress
7              dylan0@ADVENTURE-WORKS.COM

If I run this query, which row(s) are returned?

 *
 FROM person.EmailAddress
 WHERE REGEXP_LIKE(EmailAddress, '^d')
