Try compressing the backup either with SQL backup using the compression option - or third party utility like winzip. Your backup could be alot smaller then.

SYSDATETIME would just give you current time, there's no offset displayed, and CURRENT_TIMESTAMP doesn't give enough fractional seconds, so there's only one...
