There is no way to go back to the old forums. Data format different, code different, etc. It's a software change.

This appears to be working now. The quote items are a permissions issue, as we work on what we allow/don't by non moderators.

I'm going to file a bug to consider separating this out or adding an internal reference so we can add this to the QotD pages.
