Closing this one. We have a bug filed.

Some redirection links got lost. The gateway has a number of rewrites for URLs and my guess is something got mangled in an update.

This was broken, then fixed, now broken. Bug reopened.

We appreciate your time spent posting items. However, we are not rolling anything back. Period.

Links are broken, but we are working to fix them. There are more complex redirection rules...

Added a bug for this. I agree, 0 based it better.

This is a semicolon delimited list. If you need to add someone:

select  @recipients = @Recipients + ';added name'

Use SSIS, or any migration method. RDS is just a SQL instance that has some things hidden.

We are working on changes. I was going over items and checking until 9pm last night after a long day. Others on staff have been putting in 12+ hour days...

We didn't allow this in the old forum. Most forum software doesn't allow users to soft delete their own posts, only moderators/admins. Not sure of the effort to change this...
