Beyond what bitbucket wrote, the difference in those calls is dbo and sys are schemas. Schemas are buckets for organizing objects and applying security.
The dbo and sys are system schemas....

What scirpt did you use? If you ran the sp_help_revlogin script, the logins are there. Logins are only at the server level. Users are at the database level.

When you go to restart the database engine, it will ask you to stop the Agent, which is dependent on it. SSIS and SSRS shouldn't necessarily be an issue.
