Another is "Tidal enterprise scheduler" it is compatible with unix/linux also.
It's great product, I can't speak on the others suggested but this one allows for dependencies on jobs regardless,...

Could it be possible your SQL Server service acct does not have permissions to the folder? (Try checking permissions to verify?)

The results from SQLIO are greater than what I calculate the array can provide because I was using 8 threads, I presume?
