I completely understand and already knew the actually licensing rules. I have no intentions of doing that, it was more the difference in versions that I was concerned about.

I believe I understand. The name "User-Defined Table Type" says that xxTable is a Data Type, but for the novice, that connection might not be made? Basically, it wont hurt...
