RAID5 and RAID6 have the overhead of parity calculations. RAID10 write performance is much better.

is this a live sql server cluster?
are there any other instances of sql server installed on the nodes?

i found a few issues and reported them to MS and they said they were known issues. I'm sure number of instances was one of them

System and user DSNs are held in the registry, export the system DSN from the following registry location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OBDC\ODBC.INI\ODBC Data Sources
for each DSN listed here it will have a registry branch...

the MCTS press book does have some issues. It also states that Windows server standard may be used for clustering, when only enterprise or datacenter may be used for cluster...

Log shipping job on Primary server will do the log backup and copy it over to the secondary server,
The backup job on the primary server does not copy...
