not all orphaned users are actually orphaned users, they may be users created for execution\access purposes so check first

The fail over to the secondary node works fine, when i fail over manually...

The same account can do a backup of a db to the folder location mentioned...

deploy to a new and clean cluster. This also gives you the ability to leave the original cluster in place to rollback too if required
