this is usually components being unloaded due to memory pressure
mem on the server and the max server mem would be a good place to start

just multiple instances running.
Having said that fewer databases per instance with instances running on separate nodes would guarantee a certain portion of performance unless both instances end up located...

as its an availability group, you will need to backup the DMK in the primary SSISDB and restore to the secondfary SSISDB

server\instance

the edition upgrade is no problem, it just updates the sql server edition.
The dlls required are already on disk, theyre not activated until the edition is updated.
