    Failed to create AppDomain "mssqlsystemresource.dbo[runtime].3".
    Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
    Findings :
    Last .Net framework update : 08/05/2017
    Last instance reboot : 6/6/2017
    Questions :
    Can I confirm that SQL services instance restart will fix the issue ?
    What is the urgency and what if the fix is not done soon ?

    I would normally associate APPDOMAIN errors with memory problems.

    I have seen this problem a few times, and it has always been related to Windows Updates of the .Net framework leaving the server pending a reboot.

    When you say SQL Instance restart, if you genuinely mean just restarting the SQL service, then that never fixed it for me.
    A full server restart did fix the problem, though.

    What is SQL mem capped to?
    What is the total memory on the server?
    What version of SQL?

    this is usually components being unloaded due to memory pressure
    mem on the server and the max server mem would be a good place to start
