    How is the package constructed? Do you use standard SSIS components, or do you also use a script task?

    Your best chance right now is to add logging, as jpomfret7 suggested.

    Looks like i dont have the SQL Server Configuration Manager installed. I dont see it under configuration tools.

    Are you checking on the server or on your own machine?

    I don't think SSIS is a good choice for this job. SSIS is all about moving and manipulating data. Creating PDF files is not really one of it's standard tasks.

    Who installed the SQL Server instance?

    They should have appointed users to have admin privileges.

    Is Mixed Authentication turned on? Is the sa account available?
