You can generate a lot of it programmatically.
Take a look at the definitions of the holidays. Most of them can be handled in SQL pretty easily.
Some are dead easy,...

I've used it for large files, but not quite that large. Worked very well for multi-meg files.

Can the query be broken down into smaller pieces to see what's taking so long? Like, if it joins multiple tables, query each table separately and see if one...
