when setting up the alert via sqlagent (right click on alerts), log filling (by percentage) is one of the default options I believe. You can then tell it to respond...

as this looks like a windows login and therefore should not have been orphaned by restoring on a different server I can only presume the database backup did not contain...

look into the 'with move' clause of the restore database command
if you are using the gui you can specify where to restore the database files to on the options tab

when you run it first thing it does is self extract then the GUI opens. Then you just follow the prompts.

unless you have software assurance you cannot do that. you have to buy a license as if it was a new install.
