    Also has more or less similar problem where the issue was not even the backup but the log file.

    We couldn';t backup the log file and it was increasing at least...

    I believe mine is the memory issue, see below:

    How do you change memory settings if you can't even connect to the server.

    When connecting through SQLcmd I get the same error....

    I have tried what Reecha Mishra has advised as per above with no joy, is there anything that I am missing.
