If you can't attatch the MDF file because it is corrupt, can you find the latest backup and restore it? I am sure you have it backup every night.

If you can't remember what the sa password you should be able to reset sa password provide that you previously set yourself up as sa. I don't think it's the best...

Data on it's on drive
Log on it's own drive.
