Started today (last online Friday) seems about every other try to post/reply I can not edit the message body even with "Banner turned off on purpose". Symtom seems the same as when the banner was being displayed.... IE is not completely loading the page. Only when I get "Done" in status am I able to get a cursor in the message body.
Up until today, I've never had this occur since you made the "Banner turned off on purpose" change.

Once you understand the BITs, all the pieces come together

Havent seen it myself so far. When it happens do you see the left banner and the footer banner? Maybe or the other is failing to load.

When unable to type, left banner is just the Blue bordered box

When I am able to type, the Litespeed ad fills the box almost instantly.

The footer banner (Compare... 100 times....) always displays.

Andy, I can sometimes edit even when the left banner is not "complete".

I can always edit when the left banner is complete.

I wonder why I am being taken to the suggestion forum everytime? I am serious. Usually it takes me SQLServerCentral.com main forum. but for the last 2 days this is my default forum.

Andy, when I log in and click on Active Topics, it takes me straight to the Active Topics list. Used to take me to Forum Home and then I could click on it to go to the Active Topics. I think that's what MOM is talking about also. I don't have any problem with it and kinda like it since I want to see the active topics. - SQLBill

Gotcha. The main forum page is available via the menu, most forum users seem to like the active page so we put it up top/more visible/easier to get to. It was a bug before that it didnt take you to the active page!
