There is a thumbtack icon in the upper right hand corner of the pane. If it is pointed down - the pane is pinned.

What happens if you extract the query from crystal and run it directly on the new server?

Do you have those two panes "pinned?" If they are unpinned mine does the same thing. Pinning the windows (panes) fixes that.
