You can't use CASE in that way. What you want to be using is IF blocks.
IF @GetRowcount=0
Begin
-- insert
END
IF @GetRowcount<>0
BEGIN
-- update
END

I see what happened. The value and text() all got UpperCased. They should be lower case like in the attached script

This is considered a best practice - to move system databases off of the c drive. I move all of my system databases to a different volume when possible.

My recommendation to them would be to not change the db name. If it must be changed, hunt down the connection strings and make the appropriate changes.

Sounds like you may have miscopied the script. Paste the exact query you have decided to use. Also make sure you are running this against the ReportServer database.

You can look in the datasets for that report. You would typically see those on the left hand sand from within BIDS (Vis. Studio)
