The version of SSMS is not SP. The SP2 version number is 9.00.3042 for SSMS.

I just found this yesterday. They claim they will be able to produce "bio gas" for ~1.10 to 1.50 per gallon retail.

there is package property named Delay Validation that is set to False by default. Try setting it to True and see if that helps. It delays package validation until execution...
