    Solution found after trial (and error).

    I re-registered every DLL under "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn" dir.

    The following command solved the problem for me :

    regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\DTSui.dll" .
