Right before rebooting secondary server on the primary server's AG group properties set the following:
Availability Mode: Asynchronous Commit
Failover Mode: Manual
Seeding Mode: Manual
Session Timeout: 900
after reboot check AG...

Extremely paranoid. We use NAS, Data Domain and tapes but some of our backups take 12-18 hours to backup 1TB db's

ok all the same errors but there was no failover.

They are physical servers. We eliminated/rescheduled backups, antivirus and windows updates.

We checked all the NIC cards and even updated firmware none are broadcom.
We even re scheduled backup and DFS sync jobs.

Not sure how your setup is but you can
Make sure Cluster account has access to a new file share location.

You have to call Microsoft since you have SharePoint support.
They will generate new keys for you.
