  I got a simple table that has a relationship between 2 columns, one column holds the current page ID and the other holds it parent page ID.

  I need to show this in XML so I can build a sitemap for a website, is there an easy way.

  You can research SELECT FOR XML.  Granted this isn't perfect XML however, with a little work you can make it work for you
