What is your opinion on Outsourcing?

    In my opinion, outsourcing is good. You do not have to take care of everything. You cannot go through the training sessions and analyzing big data. Just hire a skilled professionals or a company that can do back office task for you and you can just focus on your core operations.

    I've found that to be a whole lot more difficult than one might think... especially the part about "skill".
