You've just gotta love people that give a super low rating to an article or QoTD without leaving a reason. 🙁 I thought this was a great question because of the knowledge of connections involved. Thanks, Steve.

In some cases, the low rating is because people click randomly on the stars and find they've given the question two stars regardless of their actual opinion of it. Is there any way to change a rating once it's been (inadvertently) given?

I thought we could re-rate content. I know that was an issue in the past. Seems like something has changed or is broken. Filing a bug.
