  I would like to know that What user group(s) can be created in windows level after SQL Server has installed....

  You're not giving us enough info on what you're looking for.

  SQL doesn't prevent you from creating windows groups or users so I don't understand the nature of your question.

  If you're talking about Active Directory Windows User Groups, the answer is "as many as you want or need".
