Updating a text document to align the appropriate dates with the appropriate lines

  • Please help me I am a rookie looking for an answer to my dilemma...I have attached an example of the file I've been trying to do this with and the SQL I have been working with

INSERT INTO FDLAgentAverage ( [Date], Agent)

SELECT (SELECT TOP 1 CDate(Field1) FROM fdlagentaverage2) AS [Date]...

  • Ummm... you're probably not getting any answers because there's not really enough data for folks to go on.... and a lot of them (me included) want to see some other information in a certain format so we can test their answers. Please read, understand, and follow the suggestions in the article at the link in my signature below.

RBAR is pronounced "ree-bar" and is a "Modenism" for Row-By-Agonizing-Row.
First step towards the paradigm shift of writing Set Based code:
________Stop thinking about what you want to do to a ROW... think, instead, of what you want to do to a COLUMN.

Change is inevitable... Change for the better is not.
