    In question, you should mention that first 2 steps should be performed on master database.

    why? The question isn't about performing every step. It's just to ensure you understand the hierarchy and in which order you do things.

    The question becomes overly complex if I'm asking about which item is in which database. Those are separate items.

    Steve - Nice question and thank you for keeping it simple instead of complex. It is often that the simple one gets you, causes you to rethink and to learn.
