Hope this will help anyone trying to test Fuzzy matching as out of the box will throw an error

'JARO_WINKLER_SIMILARITY' is not a recognized built-in function name.

The fix in this case is to enable preview features like Steve mentioned in prior article

ALTER DATABASE SCOPED CONFIGURATION SET PREVIEW_FEATURES = ON;

GO
