  All,

  I am attempting to create disclaimer information based on a parameter the user can pass to the report.

  If I place a text box object and make it visible based on the parameter value(1) then how can I incorporate a formatted set of text to appear within that text box if I use an expression?

  There is another report which does something similar and I've attached print screens of that report.

  I just don't see in the text box properties any place that leads to the formatted text which is seen on the report once generated.

  Any help is appreciated.

  If you create a placeholder in the textbox, you can use some HTML codes to format the text. Have a look at https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd207048(v=sql.120).aspx
