Experts,
Dedicated production server having below configs.
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard edition with SP3
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition
16 GB RAM
8 CPUs
Problem is that SQL Server uses almost 100% CPU since yesterday and it's a kind of hung.
It was working fine for long time, we are facing this problem since yesterday only.
Can you please guide me how to find what's causing such a high CPU usage ? I did some googling and got some ideas. Since it's a production server I want to do the minimum to identify and rectify the actual issue. Hence I thought to post it here before doing anything.
