SQL Query to get all the databases and permissions on them for a login

  Hi,

  I have situation where i need to prepare a report to find all the users and what access have they got to the databases in the server. So basically i need a login name and what are all the databases they can access to and what sort of permission they have on those databases. Can some one help me to get these information from system tables as i dont have much knowledge on them.
