SQL 2000 installation

    Hi

    I wanted to do a SQL 2000 installation. But wanted to specify different directory name for different databases. For example, master should be in D drive, tempdb in  G drive etc, Any help?

     

    Please help asap

    As far as I know there is no option for this. The system databases both mdf/ldf file (data/transaction) go to the drive/directory specified. There are a few kb articles on moving system databases. Here's one:
