  I will readily admit that I got this question wrong.  My issue is that the reference I read (which was posted after I was informed I was incorrect) was talking about installed components and not setup files.  I have re-read the question which stated "setup files".  Or am I harping on a minor point?  I am also ready to admit that I concentrated on the wrong aspect of the question and am tripping myself up.
