Seems to me that the online documentation should be a better help for you.

The sizes are here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/sizes/general-purpose/ddv4-series?tabs=sizebasic
You have a 64 core, 256GB ram machine, correct? What do you want to grow? Cores? RAM? CPU generation? This page might give you some ideas: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/sizes/general-purpose/d-family?tabs=dpsv6%2Cdpdsv6%2Cdasv6%2Cdalsv6%2Cdv5%2Cddv5%2Cdasv5%2Cdpsv5%2Cdplsv5%2Cdlsv5%2Cdv4%2Cdav4%2Cddv4%2Cdv3%2Cdv2#ddv5-and-ddsv5-series
If you want to go to a larger, newer machine, I think the Ddv5 series might be better, but you ought to engage a consultant and get recommendations as a lot of us don't run machines that big (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/sizes/general-purpose/ddv5-series)
I might recommend DCAC - https://www.dcac.com/
