Hello I'm juz wondering if I can use Microsoft Sql Server Desktop Engine(MSDE) to have a RDA in SQL Server Ce 2.0 ?

Just in case I am wrong here what does RDA stand for in your question (Remote Data Access?)? If that then I am pretty sure the answer is yes, but I have no way to test right off.

Yes your correct, thanx , but which do you prefer to use the MSDE or Sql Server 2000 Enterprise Edition with Sql Server Ce 2.0 , since im just developing a small application that the pocket pc can retrieve the data in the server and save it on the Sql Server CE 2.0 ?

Depedns on the amount of data that would be stored and any specific limitations that MSDE would impose that would be a problem. If MSDE suits your needs then why pay for a major license? Look at MS site of SQL Server edition comparisons and see if any limit on MSDE make it a bad canidate.
