Read last record from fixed format file

    I am trying to load a fixed format file. I have to load it only if the rowcount given on the last record of the file matches with the actual record count.

    I am new to SSIS.

    Can anyone please help me how to read the last record of the file?

    Any help is highly appreciated.

    Where do you get the Actual Row Count you're talking about from?
