Quick Question about SQL ALerts

    Is there any place one can find details about an Alert that include when it was created and by whom?

    Doesn't look like it, I checked alerts.

    It uses sp_add_alert which calls sp_add_alert_internal in msdb; neither store proc actually writes any kind of an audit record. Only thing it does do is verify that person adding it is sysadmin.
