How to enable tech staff to use on their own as much as possible??
I need to build an infra where all tech staff should be able use on their own as much as posssible
I’m a cloud engineer using AWS, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, Datadog… 4 environment ( demo , staging, dev , prod and QA)

It's mostly a question of training and setting up the right levels of access. While you want to empower people, I'd be cautious about giving too many, especially untrained and inexperienced people, access to your production systems. Other than that, you've got to be more specific about what you expect people to be doing in order to get a good answer.
