  Hi All - we could really use some help with this.  Seems SQLAgent is beginning to throw error 2801 on a couple of our stored procedures more frequently, even though these stored procedures are created using the WITH RECOMPILE hint.  In addition, we execute a process to recompile all of our stored procedures every 8 hours (VLDB that is heavily involved with data changes).

  Any ideas as to why this is happening?  More importantly, any other ideas how to fix?  Just for clarity, we are running SQL2000 sp3a (818 on the hot fix).

  Can you post an example of one of the SPs (simplest one doing this preferred).
