We have setup Basic Availability Group for SQL server 2016 for two node. But, it seems like whenever failover happens permission get lost from primary node.
I have created permission on Primary BAG for Test1 user (with read and write). When i failover to second node and failover again to first node, Test 1 user doesn't not have any permission. Does anyone face similar problem?
Any suggestion please?

Assuming this is a SQL login, did you create it with the same SID on both instances?

I have checked the SID on both servers and they both are not same.
Contained database can solve this problem.To connect with contained database, user need to specify the contained database in the connection string, otherwise it will throw an error. Does that cause any issue on application side?
