Hi Gary, I know this is an old post. I am very interested in this suggestion. Did you successfully create the Sp to take ownership and another Sp to revert the ownership to the SSIS account?
Please look into the database ROLES for MSDB. There a 3 that are totally different than they are in any other database. They'll be obvious to you. Then, look them up to see what each does. for privs.
