Hi,
So we are running SSIS Packages to load the data in the sql server. However we are not able to load it anymore. We have to go and load it manually. Can someone please help me fix this issue. I can provide more information as needed.
I am thinking it could be the rights to that account which created the package because the person no longer works at our company. Any suggestions and ideas will be very helpful.
I am very very new into all this. Trying to learn and really appreciate all the help.
Thanks,
Bhura

Do you get error messages? Can you post some code or something? There's just about zero to go on to help you figure this out. Did you change something in your infrastructure? Change the version of Excel you're using???

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I haven't hanged anything. Bu this morning I saved a test file in the "load file" folder I created and then I ran the job in ssms from Server Agent, it shows " job run successfully " (See below ) but the file is still sitting there. It doesn't pick the file. However when I ran the package itself I was able to load the file.
I hope my question is clear now. I am sorry for the confusion. I have attached the pictures of it. Please let me know if there is any way I can figure out what's happening? Any help is much appreciated.

I am guessing that the user account - which is a proxy account doesn't have access to that folder which contains the excel file? I am not sure what would be other possibilities?
If that is the case how can I make sure this user account gets access to the folder? Since I am guessing the user account is created in the server itself and cannot access anything outside it?
I was also thinking to maybe create a new proxy account and get the account permissions to access the folder? Will that help? If so how can I do that?
Any help much appreciated!!
