  I want to upload/insert an image datatype from my hard disk onto the SQL Table using isqlw.

  I'll be honest have never bothered to try:-) ADO, using either GetChunk/AppendChunk or the Stream object is a much better way to go.

  Use the BII.exe utility that comes with SQL Server. You can read about its use in Books Online.
