Got my MCTS:SQL2005, want more training, where to look?

  Some months back, I took and passed the MS 70-431 (MS SQL Server 2005 - Implementation and Maintenance) exam, on my way to getting an MCSA certification. I am one of those "accidental DBAs" that get mentioned on this site, and have had no formal training in SQL. For the exam, I took some of what I've learned on the job, and the MS Press self paced exam guide.

  Now, I'd like to improve my skills, but I'm not sure where to look. Does anyone have any suggestions on courses, online or college, that might be worth looking into?

  There are a lot of free resources out there as well as pay ones. I have a blog post here that lists many free resources.
