  Hi group,

  I couldn't post my full error in the subject. so, the error is "ActiveX component can't create object has occurred in ExecuteQuery function."

  What I am doing is: I have a VB application that connects to a Sql server and pulls out some data from a table and displays it. I just wanted to know,where and why this error occurs. Hope someone helps me out.

  Software: VB 6.0

  Is this VB app something you are developing? If so send me the code that displays this error. I've seen this error when it's trying to execute a query against a connection that was never initialized. Send me the code and I can better help.
