Edit Signature Line - Questions & How-To

    I apolagize if the answer to this is elsewhere or if there is a general help on this somewhere but I was unable to locate either.

    I'm having at time trying to edit my signtaure line for the forum postings. Sometimes the changes I make will stick and sometimes they disappear; very odd. Are there any restrictions, illegal characters? It appears that when I use a single quote around some text the thing will not make the updated text permananent but double quotes will but only sometimes.

    Also, how do you add a solid line below where your name would appear and above a quote you're adding to your signature?

    [ hr ] Remove the spaces to make the forum software pick it up.

    Some characters are pulled since they might resemble SQL Injection. If you can list specific edits that didn't work, I'll try to figure out what's wrong.

    Thanks Gail! Although at this point, with as many of my posts as you have answered, I can't help but wonder if I should ask for a billing rate at this point 🙂
