difference if statement in oracle vs SQL server

  I would like to know the difference of usage and syntax of if statement between T-SQL vs PL-SQL.

  I noticed the T-SQL often uses Begin end after If statement, but Pl-SQL does not .

  So look it up in the documentation of both RDBMSs.
