I get the following error when I try and create a view that references a successfully created Linked Server in Microsoft SQL to an Advantage Database Server v8.1 database. I am using the Advantage StreamlineSQL ODBC driver.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]OLE DB error trace [Non-interface error: OLE/DB provider returned an invalid column definition.].
I can not find anything except in how the error relates to Oracle.

I was able to get a view to work with the OpenQuery command. So, for each table I'll have this created and then have the necessary views reference that.
Thanks for the help.
