What I thought was a nice straigt forward simple question, the results are discouraging in the number of incorrect answers.

Nice straight forward question.

I wouldn't really call that a statistic relevant sample of the population
Anyway, nice back to basics question, thanks.
Need an answer? No, you need a question

Nope, 3 isn't a good results set.
Thanks for the question Steve.

No, but it was seemingly enough to require yet another pointless post on a QotD thread.

Is a post pointless if it has prompted discussion? ...2 (now 3 replies)
I was also surprised, however, at the number of attempts that have been incorrect.

Nice straightforward question.
The answers so far (first 486) indicate that a surprisingly high proportion of people are sufficiently deluded to believe than MS chooses parameter names that give a sensible indication of each parameter's function; this QoTD will make a useful contribution to their disillusionment, since "authorization" seems about as misleading as you can get.

Well, it's either that or the mixed case used for Authorization confused them because it doesn't immediately look like a keyword!

Thanks for the question Steve! Had to look this one up. I agree with others, Authorization is a little misleading in this context.

Good question.
At this point 52% are incorrect.
