Hi,I want to learn sql and tell me the way
Let me ask the questions that we should have asked at the beginning. How long have you been using T-SQL and what kinds of things have you done with it, so far?

You have a long way to go. I have been working with SQL Server for almost 15 years and I still learn new things every day. You've already been given some good advice here, follow it. You are going to learn more by doing than just following tutorials. Those may help you initially, but they won't help you with even to more intermediate beginner stuff, let alone more advanced topics.
Get the Developer Edition of SQL Server, and start working through the forums trying to solve problems, first without reading the other answers that may be posted, then compare what you did with what was provided. If you have questions, ask. Just be sure to show us what you have done or tried so we have an idea of where to start to help you. With that, be sure to read the first article I reference below in my signature block. It will help when you need to post a question.
